Customer support portal
Lombard Risk maintains a knowledge database exclusively for our customers that provides “how to” responses to product questions and information about potential error message causes. The database may be searched by product or keyword. It is updated regularly, and there is a facility for our customers to inform Client Services of new problems encountered so that they can be included in the database.
In addition to the knowledge database, there is a library of technical information that includes database schemas and drivers, information about test environments, hardware and network specifications, operating systems and more.
