Wide Product Coverage
Colline® is a comprehensive proactive collateral management solution designed by collateral management experts to supports full business wide product coverage including OTC Derivatives, Repo, Energy and Securities Lending all in the standard system. The software is compatible with all ISDA, ICMA and ISLA contracts as well as other custom or bespoke Agreements.
Powerful Reconciliation Engine
Colline® reconciliation solution is equipped with a powerful reconciliation engine that enables quick, easy and accurate reconciliation of collateral positions, as well as general trade reconciliation, both internal and external to Colline®. The software stores previously matched trade data, as well as Counterparty trade id (and other collateral management information) to ensure efficient reconciliation in subsequent time periods.
The Colline reconciliation module automates processes that are predominantly manual, including reconciliation and dispute management for derivatives positions, mark-to-market values, payments amount and margin amounts and margin calculations with counterparties. The Colline Reconciliation Module can run as a standalone solution or be combined with Colline’s collateral management module or any other third party collateral management infrastructure to allow any collateralised trading department to have the ability to realize operational efficiency, reduce operational risk and more effectively manage their counterparty credit risks.
