LONDON, UK – 20th July 2011: Further to the announcements made on 12 July and 14 July concerning a possible offer for Lombard Risk Management plc (the “Company”) by FRSGlobal, a Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Company (“FRSGlobal”), the Board of the Company announces that FRSGlobal has confirmed that it does not intend to make an offer. As a result the Company is no longer in an offer period.
