Issue of Shares and Senior Appointment

Lombard Risk Management plc (“Lombard Risk”), a fast growing company providing regulatory, risk management and valuation software for the financial sector, announces that it has issued 441,176 ordinary shares at 5.67p per share to its newly appointed Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Nick Davies, pursuant to contractual arrangements made on Mr. Davies’s appointment.
Nick Davies joined Lombard Risk in January 2008 from J.P. Morgan where he was Technical Director, Worldwide Securities.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of the 441,176 ordinary shares on AIM. Admission of these ordinary shares is expected to become effective on 19 May 2008. Following this issue the total number of ordinary shares of 0.5p in issue is 136,176,786.
