Director’s resignation
Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE:LRM) (“Lombard Risk” or “The Company”), a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, announces that Mike Shinya, a non-executive director, has given notice of his resignation with effect from 30th September 2011. Mr. Shinya informed the Board that his other business commitments would preclude him from regularly attending board meetings in future, and in view of that the Board accepted his resignation.
