The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has received notification that John Wisbey, Chairman and CEO, acquired on 30 September 2008 and 1 October 2008 a total of 300,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 5.10 p per share. John Wisbey is now interested in a personal capacity in 77,674,562 ordinary shares in the Company representing 57.04% of the current issued share capital.
John Wisbey also holds interests in the Company through the shareholding of Advanced Technology Trust. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced Technology Trust. The total beneficial interest of John Wisbey in the Company has now increased to 81,624,562 ordinary shares representing 59.94% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.5p per share.
