Lombard Risk Management plc announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended
31 March 2008 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders on
2 October 2008.

LRM's AGM will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 31st October 2008 at India House, 45 Curlew Street, London SE1 2ND.

A copy of the Notice of AGM is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company and is also available on the Company's website together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year.
