The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has received notification that Michael Thomas, Director acquired on 8 October 2007 a total of 150,000 shares in the Company at a price of 6.5p per share. Michael Thomas is now interested in a personal capacity in 4,958,360 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.65% of the current issued share capital.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.5p per share.
