The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it received notification today that
Ian Peacock, Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at a price of 8.38p per share on 4 July 2006. Ian Peacocks's total shareholding in the company
is 1,020,532 shares, representing 0.8% of the current issued share capital.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.5p per share.
