The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it received notification today that Ian Peacock, Non-executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired 110,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.00p per share on 15 September 2005. Ian Peacocks's total shareholding in the company is 890,532 shares, representing 0.7% of the current issued share capital.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 0.5p per share.
