Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007, by certain directors of the Company, of the following interests in the issued voting share capital of the Company:

*John Wisbey is interested in a personal capacity in 77,224,562 ordinary shares in LRM representing 57.32% of the current issued share capital. John Wisbey also holds interests in LRM through the shareholdings of Advanced Technology Trust which holds 3,950,000 shares. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced Technology Trust.

Notification of Interest

The Company has been notified on 25 January 2007 that Royal Bank of Scotland had a notifiable interest of 5,536,990 ordinary 0.5p shares in LRM, equivalent to 4.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is in accordance with the Transparency Directive new disclosure thresholds.
