The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it received notification today that Ian Peacock, Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired 68,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 7.38p per share on 27 November 2006. Ian Peacock's total shareholding in the Company is 1,088,532 shares, representing 0.8% of the current issued share capital.

The Ordinary Shares referred to above are the Ordinary Shares of 0.5p per share.
