Issue of Shares

Lombard Risk Management plc, announces that it has issued 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 8 pence each to a third party pursuant to contract agreements made in February 2007 in which it was agreed that part payment of the consulting advice provided would be satisfied LRM shares.

Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on the 15th August 2007. Following the issue of the shares the total number of voting rights in LRM will be 135,735,610.
